By accessing or using the services provided by Remi Simmons ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide video production and web development services, including but not limited to:
- Video production and editing
- Web design and development
- Digital content creation
- Consultation services
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Provide feedback and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Project Timeline
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies and refund terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and refunds for work in progress will be prorated based on work completed.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive project details without permission, except as required by law.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
