1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Remi Simmons ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide video production and web development services, including but not limited to:

  • Video production and editing
  • Web design and development
  • Digital content creation
  • Consultation services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Project Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and refunds for work in progress will be prorated based on work completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive project details without permission, except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms govern any text message communications you may receive from Remi Simmons. By providing your mobile phone number through our intake form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Remi Simmons operates a low-volume, conversational SMS program for clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in. The program is used solely for direct communications related to your project, account, and inquiries — not for marketing or promotional blasts.

Opt-In

You opt in by voluntarily entering your mobile phone number into our project intake form and checking the SMS consent box adjacent to that field. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Replies to inquiries you have submitted
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Project updates and status notifications
  • Invoice and payment notifications
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) security codes

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most clients receive only a few messages per project, plus any time-sensitive notifications related to appointments, invoices, or account security.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Remi Simmons does not charge you to send or receive SMS messages.

Opting Out & Help

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact contact@RemiSimmons.com.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is dependent on your carrier's network and on conditions outside of our control. Remi Simmons makes no guarantees regarding message delivery, timing, or carrier availability.

Eligible Carriers

Our SMS program supports major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other carriers participating in the U.S. wireless industry's A2P 10DLC framework. Service availability on any specific carrier is not guaranteed.

Right to Modify or Terminate

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program, or any individual user's participation in it, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Privacy

Handling of your mobile number and SMS opt-in data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
